My iPhone 7 Plus was compromised last year around august 29 , 2022 they changed all my info so I can’t log in , How do I recover it ? Being it now has a activation lock on it with the email and password they chose . I can not access any of my old recoveries either

I'm sorry, but the phone is useless without the correct Apple ID and Password.
Recycle the phone responsibly.
