My iPhone won’t charge with a regular charger

Have you tried another "regular" charger and another cable?

If yes, the charging port on your phone may not be working correctly. Use a toothpick to clean out any lint that might have collected in the port, along with a few quick shots of compressed air.

If still no luck, you will need to take the phone in to an Apple Store or authorized Apple Service shop to let them check the port out for proper operation.
