strange characters when trying to backup iphone

Hi, today I went in to my iphone 11 to back up & noticed that in the 'icloud backup' option, where it says 'all device backups', below, my phone was listed but included what appeared to be arabic characters. It normally just says "this iphone". I reset my phone & it then showed what appeared to be asian characters, but looked something like "itt" iphone.

Does anybody know what/why this is? Thanks in advance.
