Hi, I bought some airpod in Netherlands, and the company does not use authorized Apple repair company.

I bought some airpod 3 months ago in Media Markt because Apple was a little too far from my place. They stop working in couple month so I decide to go to media markt to change it after 2 years they still in Warrangty, so pretty much after 2 weeks they telling me that this was due to external force and they can not tell what happen.
Today when they send me the picture I saw that the cable was bend and I did not know that, and this never happen like it was not bend!!! I know they did it, when I ask 3 email to send me the name of the authorized apple but still they dont tell me they just tell me that they are authorized without giving me any proof so I am writing you today to understand what can i do and the company who repair the airpod is this one
does not like a repair company at all
I would love to show you all the evidence and all the email to them
