If you're talking about the Savings Account, I don't believe there is a limit or has one set if you're doing an ACH transfer to an external bank account. The only limit I believe there is, would be the $250,000 that can be deposited into the account.
If you're trying to transfer the money to Apple Cash / Apple Cash Card the limit is $10,000 - Transfer money from Savings to Apple Cash or your external bank account - Apple Support.
Apple Cash is provided by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC. Transfers to Apple Cash must be at least $1.00 and can be no more than $10,000. You may transfer no more than $20,000 per rolling 7-day period. Additional limits on the amount and frequency of transfers may be placed for the security of your Savings account.
