Hi marinó177

Re: "Can not install Safari on my IPhone"

Seems Safari is installed along with the iOS version on your iPhone.

If you are not seeing the Safari icon on your iPhone's Home Screen, you may find it in the App Library:

You can search the iPhone App Library in case the app icon was accidentally deleted from the Home Screen.

Eg: Apple support's article: Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support

says:

"Search for an app in the App Library

  1. Go to the App Library.
  2. Tap the search field, then enter the app that you're looking for.
  3. Tap the app to open it."

If you find the Safar app icon in the Library, you can add the icon back to the Home Screen.

Organize your apps in folders on iPhone - Apple Support

says:

"You can move an app from a folder to the Home Screen to make it easier to locate and open.

  1. Go to the Home Screen page with the folder that contains the app, then tap the folder to open it.
  2. Touch and hold the app until the apps begin to jiggle.
  3. Drag the app from the folder to the Home Screen".
