Quirks in iPhone 13 since last update?

Why are there so many glitches in my iPhone 13 since the last update? I cannot access peoples profile in a Facebook group that I admin., I cannot click on anyone’s profile, my buttons are getting stuck, I can’t post a GIF, my keyboard buttons are getting stuck, my phone is overheating, and lots of other weird quirks.

My phone started glitching and every time I try to press the arrows to get out of something it doesn’t work i will go into my settings then I will click on something then when I try to go back out of it it won’t work and one day I went back home from school and my phone started to glitch and open random apps even tho I wasn’t touching my phone and when I tried to text people it would keep going to their Profile or exit out of it and go to the new message even though I didn’t press it

iOS 18 issues on iPhone 13 Pro Max I'm currently having relevant issues after I updated to the latest software: Notifications on lock screen not working (they keep hiding despite the swiping up) icons in the control centre disappear and don't work properly (and the managing is awful :( ) Safari doesn't load pages despite the connection is good, I have to quit and get in the app again is anybody dealing with the same problems?

Iphone, apps glitching/flickering My apps started glitching or flickering. When i open some post on instagram, profile photo glitches. Also on twitter when i close opened photo, screen glitches in a second. Has anyone had this issue, and if so do you know a solution.
