downloading photoshop cs6 needing update from developer

Adobe Creative Suite 6 (CS6) support ended a while back.
CS6 still works on the same older macOS versions available when it was sold.
Adobe is now selling Creative Cloud subscriptions, which can and do work on current macOS.
There are various alternatives to Adobe Creative Cloud, including Acorn, the Affinity tools (Photos, Publisher, Designer), and Pixelmator Pro, all of which I use.
