How do I stop receiving the notification "Joined wifi network (name). This wifi network (name) is found at a new location”

How do I stop receiving the notification "Joined wifi network (name). This wifi network (name) is found at a new location” on my iPhone and iPad? I routinely connect to WiFi APs that are themselves mobile, and this notification is an intrusive nuisance.

I understand the reason for the notification, but it's not necessary in EVERY case and it would be a great feature to DISABLE either for specific or ALL WiFi networks.
