How to get Water lock off?

I have tried to unlock the Water Lock, both the press button on side and turning it and shutting off watch, nothing has changed.

If your Apple Watch has watchOS 8 or earlier, rotate the Digital Crown instead of pressing it.

Press and hold the knob (on current versions), or quickly rotate the knob a dozen or so times (on older versions).
