Installer quit unexpectedly.

I'm on MacBook Air m2 13.0

trying to install a driver for a printer but there isn't a way to bypass all the BS in Ventura. please help

If you’re really still on macOS 13.0, update that to current (13.4.1(c)), and try that installer again.

Big Sur 11.5.2 installed still 250 printer scanner not connecting macbook Pro has Big Sur 11.5.2 installed. will print to hp printer 250 all in one printer but not scan. it says installer needs to correct I’m the installer and no such option was offered at installation
