What if my software update always freeze when am opening it how can I install new update

Let's first see what iOS version that you have installed on your iPhone 6. Make sure that you have a good Wi-Fi signal and that the battery is fully charged.
Please tap Settings > General > Software Update
If you see iOS 12.5.7, that is as far as the iPhone 6 can go. No more updates are available.
