Making Siri say yes instead of Uhuh

Has anyone found how to change Siri back to saying yes when you raise her by saying hey Siri. The main reason I wanted her to say yes i use her a lot when I’m driving that way I don’t have to touch the phone which is great. However I’ve just bought a new iPhone 14, and when I ask her a question when driving, with the road noise in the background I hardly heard her acknowledgement. Couldn’t believe it when she just said uhuh the first time. Yes is so much clearer

I want Siri to stop responding at all. If I say "Hey Siri" and see the round spinning icon at the bottom of my screen, I already know I have her attention. How about just responding when I ask a question? I find the whole "uhuh" so annoying that I just turned Siri entirely off.

As this is a user to user only forum, which no one from Apple participates, no one here has any way to change how Siri speaks at all. The suggestion to simply not pause after waking Siri, works perfectly. If that isn't enough for you or anyone else, tell Apple what you'd like to see and you can use this link --> Feedback - iPhone - Apple
