Apple Music desktop app suddenly not reading my Music Library file

Hi, I use Apple Music's desktop app with my Macbook to listen to my collection of about 10,000 mp3s. I've created lots of playlists over the years. Suddenly today when I open the app, it's blank. No songs, no playlists. My Music Library file is 25MB. I keep going to File - Add To Library and choosing the Library file but nothing happens. What can I do?

See Empty/corrupt iTunes/Music library after upgrade/crash - Apple Community. Try holding down option+cmd as you launch Music to open it in its safe mode which sometimes helps with odd library issues.
