Today my libre two app is not working. Taping on app to open I just get a white screen so cannot scan or even get into the app, have the white screen fir about a minute then just goes back to my phone Home Screen any ideas how to solve this, anyone 🤪 ???????

Same thing happened to me. Looks like there was an auto update of the app to the latest version allowing CGM without scanning. The newest app fails on some phones for unknown reasons. It looks like you can’t delete and reload because the app no longer appears in the Apple Store. However the work around is to delete the app and reload from your own list of purchased apps on the Apple Store. Instructions can be found on this link which I found on the diabetes uk site. Contact the developer of the app for issues with their app.
Yes, there is an issue with the FreeStyle Libre app. It is no longer working and Abbott has completely removed the app from the App Store. Hopefully, they will resolve it soon.
There have been several posts about it, you are not alone.
There is no need to scan with the latest version of the app. It now works as a CGM so you’ll see you current reading as soon as you open the app. Data was retrieved when I signed in so not sure what happened with yours. You have at least got the app reading again. Don’t forget to reset alarms if you use them.

complete the instructions but even with logging in to my account all my records have gone
and now I don’t seem to get the scan option, although I think it is scanning but no scanning beep

I don't know why, it seems to be hit or miss. Hopefully Abbott will resolve this soon. They have been having issues with their software ever since iOS 16.4 came out.
