Seems when you buy an iPhone, you choose how much storage it contains. That is generally the maximum capacity, Seems your iPhone has 128 Gb ... and more can not be added. As an iPhone needs at least 8Gb free in order to operate, the unexplained .7 of a Gb may allow for usability ... eg: the ability to erase, restore or set it up as new, etc.
