After updating my to Ventura 13.4.1 (c), the format of the date modified within the folders changed to mm/dd/yy. Before it was, for example Jul 14, 2023 at 7:00 AM. What caused this change and how can I fix the format?

Just change the width of the date column in the Finder window and the date format will adjust depending on how much room it has.
