Type-C to HDTC 11 in 1 not working on Macbook 2016

Hello,

I have an issue on my Macbook. When I plug in the hub (Type-C t HDTV 11 in 1) the light is on in the hub, and if I plug in a mouse, the mouse is light on. The issue is that there is no interaction with my Macbook like nothing is plugged in. The hub and the mouse are working perfectly.

Can you help me ? Should I install a driver ? Here are the capture for computer informations :

Who made the hub? Look at the manufacturer's website for the hub. That would tell you if there is a firmware update.
