iPhone 13 will not scan QR codes

I have two IPhones, my personal IPhone 13 and a work IPhone 14. When reading the same QR code the IPhone 14 has no problem reading the code. The IPhone 13 seems not to be able to focus and read the same QR code.

Then it must be a corrupt QR code.
