How to delete Apple Music subscription

I'm beyond fed with apple music billing me and other people even though we don't have an apple music subscription. everyone knows apple music sucks, so why would I wanna pay 19.99 for it. Would give it zero stars, don't recommend. I want this fixed asap because I'm beyond fed up now. I CAN NOT DELETE a subscription that I DO NOT HAVE. I can switch cards I can lock it, and it will STILL COME OUT. I've been nice, now you're taking my money and making it a hard fix.

Hello Lexxi2004,

On iPhone,

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Your Name (Apple ID)
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Apple Music (under Active)
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support.

You said you "don't have an apple music subscription." Are you in a Family Share (with Purchase Sharing enabled) with someone who does? If you're the organizer of the Family Share and Purchase Sharing is enabled, all charges and subscriptions go to the shared default payment method, which is usually the organizer's default payment method. It's possible someone in your Family Share is paying for the subscription.

Apple Music isn't $19.99 a month. Are you sure it's Apple Music that is charging you?
