How do I talk to a person at Apple?

How do I talk to a REAL PERSON!!

Like at Apple? Not here, as we are other end users like you, not Apple support.


Apple uses a "triage" system (see the second meaning here) for phone calls to best determine the support methods for a given issue. That system means you get a non-person for a while, before getting to talk to a "real" person if the system determines that is the best method.


You may not like that.


The only sure I know to talk to a real person is to book an in-store Genius appointment:


Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple


I am 100 miles by two-lane highway from the nearest Apple retail store, so I share you pain if you do not live near one.
