I can’t open anything that shared from Facebook Messenger on my new iPad

For example, when i tapped on that shared post on Messenger, it still open Facebook app but next nothing happen amd the content i want to see is not show up. This also happen to action that when you tap on “chat” on somebody’s Facebook wall, the Messenger app still open but nothing show up and the box chat of the person i want to text not show, just a default begining of Messenger.

All my setting was setup as same as my back up from my iPhone.

And facebook isn't an Apple app or issue, if the help center doesn't work, then you contact facebook and let them know, common sense stuff, shouldn't have to be explained.
