why does this update 16.5.1. (c) make my connection to internet web pages a very slow response and on my facebook / messenger app at the top of the page status shows ' no internet connection' - message does go thru but very slow.
How do I fix this?

Internet pages working on my laptop - so I disconnected my internet on my mobile phone then reconnected internet turned off phone and returned on mobile phone and all ok now

Yes I completed a forced restart - no change and in actual fact I am unable to get internet pages at all now
