Unable to find High Sierra upgrade file at app store.
How do I obtain the upgrade?

those download links should be initiated only using safari.
since you had difficulties getting it, I would suggest trying and starting up your Mac in safe mode, and then try and apply the install while still in safe mode.

Well - ain't this sweet?! I did a query for the file using Safari, and Safari set me up with one. But not the App Store?! Something Chrome also failed to do when I queried there. Go figure
