Volume problems
when ever I open any apps such as Tiktok there is no volume unless I increase or decrease I think I didn’t something to my settings and I don’t remember what it is

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you might have changed your ringer and alert volume settings. Try changing that setting using the following steps from Adjust the volume on iPhone - Apple Support.
"Lock the ringer and alert volumes in Settings
- Go to Settings
. - Tap Sounds & Haptics (on supported models) or Sounds (on other iPhone models).
- Turn off Change with Buttons."
