So my taste in music has changed and I want to reset my Apple Music account as if it were new. So my for you page is new, recommended is new, everything. I've been checking everywhere and cannot find a way to do this. Is this possible without deleting my apple id?

While we're not seeing an option to reset your listening history, you should be able to choose your favorites and get this working to your tastes.
Please begin by changing your favorite artists:
Add and see your favorite artists in Apple Music on iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Android
That should get you started to curating your Apple Music to your tastes.
You can also use the options to Love or Suggest Less for songs or artists that come up in recommended:
