I did last night message Facebook support no answer yet. They aren’t email me or tell me anything about it what I should do

You don’t fix the problem.
Either the people responsible for the server and the software running on it do … or it doesn’t get fixed.
All you can do is to try to report it to them along with any useful information regarding how to trigger it.

The answer has been posted in this thread many times. You cannot fix it. The problem is on the Facebook server.

They are the ones who need to fix it.
Repeating the same complaint over and over to us will not change the answer.

The problem is with Facebook, not with your phone. And only Meta can fix it. There is a problem in their database that holds your data.

It isn’t something you can fix. It is a problem on the Facebook servers and only Facebook can fix it.
