What credit card did you use as a source for payment? Did you call their support team, number is on back of card. Apple Pay does not approve or decline transactions. Apple Pay transmit information between merchant and bank and back to merchant quicker and more securely than the merchant can do it. Apple Pay helps prevent fraud.
