How d I get back to setup on new ipad

How do get back to setup on new ipad mini? (I could not continue setup because I had to backup old ipad mini first)...I chose "Do not transfer apps and data initially".

iPad mini (6th generation)

Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device]. Tap Erase All Content and Settings.

After you erase the device it will bring you back to the Hello screen and you can start ll over again.

Factory reset: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

If you now have that iPad mini backup, you can restore it using the same sequence, but selecting Restore Backup.
