Battery notifications- how do I remove

Unfortunately, the shop installed the wrong battery. Take the phone back and have the shop install the right part. Hopefully, the shop is authorized for Apple Service.

That notice on the phone's screen will not go away until the correct part is installed. Don't let the shop off the hook when they say things like......."the battery that we installed is just as good as an Apple battery". It's not.

Contact whoever replaced the battery.

If that was you, check with whatever directions were being followed.

An Apple authorized repair provider might be willing to help, but Apple might not be.
