Correct A Purchase Date For My MacBook Air M2
Hello. I want to check the coverage of my MacBook Air M2 2022, when I was checked at checkcoverage.apple.com there's a notification that said "we're unable to validate your date of purchase". I purchased my MacBook Air M2 at 12 July 2023. Then I checked at "about this Mac" and check the support, there's a information that my MacBook Air warranty available until 12 November 2023 only. Why this is happened? Can apple correct my expiration date of my warranty? Thankyou!
I also already contacted the apple support via phone but I'm having obstacle in language.
