I cant download any apps

I can’t download any apps it says something about the iTunes Store agree term and I read it and click agree and takes forever it’s doesn’t do anything just stays there? I hope there is a fix because I spent a lot of money for this iPad.

It seems you are having problems getting the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions to accept. If you have another device available try using that. If you still can't get it to accept then I suggest you contact Apple about this issue.


Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple ➞ Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

By the way, this is unrelated to accounts being disabled.

Start here, please check ⤵️

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled -> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support (CA)

-> Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication

If you have followed all the steps and instructions and if you still need help, get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service or check -> here for more support and assistance.

I see you apparently have a disabled account, but have not provided the exact error message which would indicate a specific solution. The support article If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support has solutions for two frequently encountered reasons for an account to be disabled/locked:


● If a message says "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked", then you must contact Apple; you cannot resolve this yourself. ● If your account has been disabled for security reasons the solution is to reset your password as outlined in this document: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

● If your account says it is inactive, that is not the same as it being disabled. Contact Apple:

2. Select: Disabled Apple ID

3. Select: ”The Apple ID is not active" alert

4. Select: “Continue”

5. Select a chat or telephone call option.
