seeking refund procedure
I requested to refund for this app. 'Check status of claim' shows I have been refunded as per above photo. But, refunded money still didn't come to my Bank account which I used to purchase. How can I get my money back?

It may take some time for the refund process to complete. For banks transfers, that may take up to 30 days.
