Apple ID cash to Apple Pay

I have an Apple ID cash balance (from a redeemed gift card). I would rather use it via Apple Cash. Is there a way to transfer the cash balance to Apple Cash?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16

No, whatever funds are in Apple ID account are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
