How long days it take a refund on Apple Pay

Refunds are between the merchant and the bank that issued the credit or debit card used for the purchase. Merchant refunds may take up to 30 days, but that is very rare. The vast majority of refunds happen within 3 to 7 days. In my experience the delay is generally on the part of the merchant.
