could someone please help.. i tried an app's free trial, Used it for 3 days, decided it wasn’t for me and immediately cancelled. I am 100% sure i unsubscribed from it cause I check my subscriptions pretty regularly exactly because I am paranoid about forgetting to unsubscribe and the only subscription I have is apple music.. but the app deducted money from my account today and apple wont let me remove my card, it says there are pending subscriptions.. I am scared I might have downloaded a scam app cause I genuinely don’t know how the app got subscribed again, I genuinely check and for the last 2 months it’s been under the inactive subscriptions in my account, could anyone tell me how I can remove my card from my phone ?

If you have a pending payment you need to let the payment clear and then ask for a refund if you wish. If you are also subscribed to Apple Music you can't remove your payment method anyway.

First confirm you have canceled any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):

Review the information in this support article by clicking on the link to learn how to cancel a subscription from Apple. ➔ If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

• "If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."

• An existing subscription will normally continue until the end of its term and may then renew automatically. Stopping automatic renewal is effectively canceling it. "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.

• Read the article to see what to do about subscriptions that do not appear in your list. If you still can't find a subscription, contact Apple Support using the link at the end of the support article.

• Canceling a subscription does not automatically start a refund.
