The Weather App shows false forecasts

the weather forecasts in my country the UAE almost all cities i have checked in the past months shows a false forecasts pf a chance of 30% to 50% chance of rain even though its almost 50 degrees Celsius outside. Please do change the data provider for the higher false forecasts ratios across geographies and countries. Please check the weather forcasts of Dubai and check real Dubai.
