I cannot re install Pokémon go I uninstalled it a year ago and I wanted to reinstall it but when I click reinstall it loads for a minute and does nothing and shows the reinstall button again

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
