My iPad 64GB; Model A1337 got disabled due to wrong password.

I've followed all the instructions to restore my iPad A1337 connecting to iTunes (Version 12.12.9.4).

Initially when I try to to normal restore just connecting to iTunes, after hitting Restore iPad button, the restore process says This iPad was previously in DFU mode, but restarted and is no longer in DFU mode. Disconnect and place it in DFU mode.

Later I disconnected from laptop, reconnected holding Power button and Home button together until recovery mode appears on iTunes. This time the recovery window on iTunes shows "iPad DFU Mode" with the button "Restore iPad" enabled. I click the Restore iPad button. I get a confirmation window "Are you sure you want to restore the iPad...." to Restore and Update.

After hitting the Restore and Update button the iTunes window once again shows This iPad was previously in DFU mode, but restarted and is no longer in DFU mode. Disconnect and place it in DFU mode.

Already the iTunes is saying iPad DFU Mode, but why Restore iPad continues to complain I need to get iPad into DFU mode. It is becoming an endless loop and it is not recovering the iPad.

Please help recover my iPad A1337 as it is password locked disabled and whatever known passwords does not seem to unlock it.

iOS/iPadOS 15.2 or later with a forgotten Passcode

Apple has introduced a new procedure with which to reset an iPad or iPhone with a forgotten Passcode - allowing you to use your AppleID and associated Password to reset your device.

How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support

You will be able to restore data from a pre-existing iCloud backup without the use of a computer, but will require a PC/Mac to restore data from an iTunes backup.

iPadOS 15.1 and earlier - and all devices that are Disabled

If your iPhone/iPad indicates that it is disabled/unavailable/locked-out, or you have forgotten your iPad passcode, you have no alternative other than to follow this process:

You’ll need access to either a Windows PC (with iTunes for Windows installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS).

Use of a PC or Mac is unavoidable. If you don’t have access to a suitable computer of your own, that of a helpful friend or family member will suffice. Alternatively, the technicians at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store will be delighted to assist:

AppleID

You may also need your AppleID and associated password. If these have also been forgotten, they can be recovered here:

To recover your credentials, you’ll need access to one of the following:

  • Your primary email address mailbox that corresponds with your AppleID
  • Any of the secondary/recovery email addresses that should be configured for your AppleID account
  • Any of the trusted telephone numbers (fixed line or Cellular/Mobile) that are associated with your AppleID

Thank you for your help. I did exactly like how it has been in the Support Article.

As you can see in my post I'm stuck because of the DFU mode. The regular recovery says ipad should be in DFU mode. After iPad is put into DFU mode still the iTunes complains the iPad should be in DFU mode.

Please see Step 1 Step2 and step3 screen shots I gave in my post.
