Mobile game ads not working on iPhone 13 Pro

ads are not loading in games for rewards. War Robots and Puzzle Page. This is not an issue with the games themselves or so the developers tell me. Rarely they load, often just a blank screen, sometimes a banner will appear, it doesn’t matter how long you leave it you get no option to shut it down and get your rewards. This is at home with great wifi.

How do you stop in-game ads from bringing up the App store window? Watching ads for rewards, always opens up the app store. unfortunately this is an app that requires wifi, so putting on airplane mode will not work (this happens on the 16 pro max iphone)

Ads won’t load for game rewards I recently realised that I am unable to watch ads on a game that I was playing I thought it was something to do with the game however I realised that I am unable to do this with any other games or apps it would just show up as a ad is unable to load at this time please try again . I have my WiFi on and I have tried everything someone please help
