How do I delete or what to do when TROJAN.WIN32.GENERIC DETECTED appears?

I cannot delete it via Notifications in Settings MacPro 2023

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.4

Please describe how that message makes its appearance.

If they are appearing in the upper right corner of your Mac's screen, Stop unwanted Notifications - Apple Community may be applicable.

Regardless of what the message is alleging, it is a scam.

Thanks so much John, yes it is exactly like your screenshots above. I did some research & could see it was scam & never clicked on it. I've done as you advised. So far so good!
