Can you explain what you mean by "reset"? What steps did you take to reset your phone? Why did you reset the phone?


The apps you've mentioned are part of the operating system. Unless you manually removed them, they should be there.

Depending on your network connection, an over-the-air restore can take a while. That's why I prefer to always do it by connecting to a computer. Doing it using a wired connection to the Finder (Mac) or iTunes (Windows) also downloads a fresh copy of iOS.


Have you tried just restarting the phone?


Also, why did you restore the phone in the first place?
