Install EtreCheck and post the report. Allow Full Disk Access.
Use the Additional Text icon to paste in the report.
The report may reveal what is causing the problem.
If you are looking for assistance with your current computer, then use the EtreCheck program that dialabrain suggested and post the results.
If you are running out of storage space then you will need a larger drive or delete some of the data that you currently have. iCloud is a syncing service and the purpose is not to offload data off of your computer.

What is mening of 22F82 IN THE REPORT TO APPLE?
FWIW, 22F82 is the build number of macOS Ventura 13.4.1.
It would help if you explained what problem you are having.
You don't know about Product Feedback - Apple web site do you?
What is mening of 22F82 IN THE REPORT TO APPLE? And Maybe my keyboard or mouse is part of the problem. Also, I ask if it is not necessary to take my computer to an apple agent, who can fix this system problem for me. I don't dare to try myself, I don't have enough knowledge.
The problem is many times a day my Freez computer and I have to turn it off manually with the key on her back almost always. Each time, Report to Apple comes and a description of what's wrong. I understand what is not a computer or programming language, but I understand what Panic Kernel means
I bought a new computer in December 24 inch with 2 chips. Before, I took my expensive computer that cost in 2019 in January ISK. 369,000, but it turned out to be a registered 2017 model. She had 2.tb. less awesome computer. But they said that the monitor was useless and since it was connected to the motherboard, the whole thing had to be replaced and it cost no less than ISK. 250,000. However, I decided not to do it. Apple did not take responsibility for defects in the video card and I would have had to go through a long process to get it acknowledged. I didn't bother standing in it, but I was very hurt.
This new, recently released iMAC 24 is unmatched. And I'm not happy with it because the memory is so small, only 256gb. And I'm in an eternal struggle to keep everything in Icloud drive but it always comes back to the iMAC hard drive over and over again. Now I'm going to buy an external ssd drive and use everything there.
Thank you for yours answaer, but I did not Know about rhe page apple feedback.
You're welcome.
So I don't need to think about it more?
Nobody helped me Apple told me my iMAC was not okey and it would cost kr. 250.000 yo make her good. I said no.
Adding an external SSD is one way to get around buying a computer with too little storage for your needs.
