My Dell Lap Top has mixed with someone’s mac lap top at the Seattle Airport security … I see Computer ID so how can I find the owener of it to give it to him. I am not sure the model so I choose one of the listed below.

MacBook Air (M2, 2022)

If that Mac's owner did not provide any contact information by activating the Mac's Lost Mode (see below), and if there is no contact information affixed to the exterior of that Mac, then I suggest giving it to that airport's security personnel. That's the first place its owner would be looking for it.

To answer your question Apple does not provide a way to find a Mac's owner other than turning on its Find My Mac feature. That must be accomplished prior to losing it. Quoting from the above Apple Support document, "Find My Mac is the only Apple service that can help track or locate a lost Mac."
