You'll need to erase your iPhone using your computer, by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

Once you get back in your iPhone and set it back up (hopefully, you do backup as you will be able restore your most recent backup to your iPhone), open the Settings App > Tap Accessibility > Touch > Turn off Tap or Swipe to Wake

This happened because you keep your iPhone in your pocket and as you move about your phone received taps as you move and ultimately, it kept entering the wrong passcode until your phone became disabled. Turning off Tap to Wake will solve this. But you'll need to use the side power button to wake your phone after turning off the setting.
