I'm also unable to receive WhatsApp calls in ultra2. However, I had a Huawei GT which notifies calls from WhatsApp, messenger etc.
Branta_uk is correct. Meta, the parent company of WhatsApp does NOT have a WhatsApp version for Apple Watch. We can't solve this for you (we're not Apple here, on this user to user only forum anyway) as Apple doesn't own Meta.
Contact Meta and let them know you'd appreciate an Apple Watch version for WhatsApp.
I don't see a WhatsApp extension for Apple Watch. You might need to raise this omission with the WhatsApp developers.
