My iPhone goes to silent mode automatically

If you are noticing that the silent/ring switch is getting flipped, we’d recommend that you consider testing a few things, one at at time, to see if it can be determined where the issue is - 

1. If there is a case on the device, temporarily remove it and test

2. If you notice this after the device has been in a pocket, bag, etc try not keeping your device there for a day and see if the issue persists

It would also be helpful to know how you get your iPhone out of silent mode when you notice it has happened.
