I can’t connect to my Apple Watch

Need more information. Did you buy a new Apple Watch? If yes, your iPhone must be updated to iOS 16.5.1 (c) (the current iOS version). Did you buy a used Apple Watch. If yes, it may well be activation locked to the previous owner and if that is your situation, ONLY the user who locked the watch can unlock it (not Apple, you or us).
