When I want to do an inverse cosine function to determine an angle, I hit the 2nd button at the upper left then type in the sine ratio which is 0.33. Next I tap the inverse (sin-1) key but I do not get an angle but rather just get 0.33....... What is wrong?
Your display is set in Radian, not Degrees and it happens that sin-1(0.33) is about 0.33 radians. Tap the "Deg" button (Bottom left) to set the angles in degrees. Then sin-1(0.33) = 19.3°.
