my app store and itunes store says that my account is disabled and cannot update or open apps

how i can i fix my account so that me and the people I share with on my family can resume using their devices as they used to

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
